During a tour of the organic Four Skies winery, not only will you enjoy a tasting of three sumptuous wines, but you’ll also get hands on with corking your own bottle to take home. Join the winemakers and hear the story of how their journey began, how they go from grape to great tastes, and what processes they employ to bottle organic wine. During your tasting you’ll get to enjoy local Sicilian cheeses and meats, then it’s time to become part of the team as you begin work on your own bottle of wine. You’ll be bottling, corking, and labelling your preferred wine. You can even customise your label with your name and the date of your visit to commemorate your visit.
