Step into the newest Scotch whisky distillery, the Port of Leith Distillery. Prepare for an engaging tour through the distillery. From the copper stills on the main floor to the production process on the initial four levels, there's something interesting at every turn. The upper part of the building is a haven for visitors, featuring a taste-testing floor, a pleasant shop and reception, and exclusive dining rooms. The highlight is a fantastic double-tiered bar on the 8th and 9th levels, providing guests with sweeping views of the Firth of Forth, extending to Fife and curving back over Edinburgh.
