You’ll start at the Rijksmuseum, Holland’s answer to the Louvre, where you’ll immerse yourself in the museum’s extraordinary 8,000-piece collection. 

Explore the Dutch Golden Age through masterpieces from Rembrandt and Van Gogh, and see more obscure pieces, including a captured British warship. By the time you leave, you’ll understand why this is an absolute must-see of the city.

After lunch, you’ll take a deep dive into the life and work of Rembrandt, one of the most revered of the Dutch masters. You’ll walk through Spiegelquarter, known for its extensive collection of antiques and art objects, and then over the Keizersgracht, or the Emperor’s canal.
