La Orotava: Guided Tour with Gofio Tasting

Take a tour called "Los Molinos de la Villa" and learn about the hydraulic heritage still present in the streets of northern Tenerife and the staple food of the Canary Islands, gofio, which has a history of five centuries. These mills used the power of water to grind roasted grain. Ten mills remain, situated along a pathway marked by an old water channel that once connected them.
