Iris geeft een nieuwe dimensie aan de iconische klanken van de wereldberoemde componist Ludovico Einaudi. Daarnaast speelt de soliste ook haar eigen composities. Kamerata Zuid speelt bekende stukken van pianisten die ook componist zijn, zoals Alexander Skrjabin en Sergei Rachmaninoff.
Einaudi roemde eerder het bijzondere pianospel van Iris Hond en noemde het “One of the most beautiful performances of my music”. Met deze woorden bezegelde hij zijn unieke band met Iris. Einaudi’s soloconcert 'Domino' staat op het programma, een werk waarin de technische precisie en diepe bezieling van Iris volledig samenkomen.
