Visit Fonseca Cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia, starting at 18:00 with a guided tour. Learn about Fonseca’s history, sustainable winemaking, and how Port wine is made from the vineyards of Quinta do Panascal in the Douro Valley to the cellars where it ages. After the tour, taste two Ports, Siroco and Bin 27, and enjoy live Fado music. Children can have grape juice from the Douro Valley.
