The history of the winery begins with the construction of a castle cellar in Esterhazy Castle more than 300 years ago, representing a new beginning of wine production in the region. In the cellar, they experiment with novel wine containers such as eggs, amphorae, and wooden barrels made of local Leithaberg oak!
